SewBusy Our Policy

At Sew Busy, we strive to provide tailoring services with attention to detail and personalized care. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policies:

Non-Consulted Tailoring: If you choose to skip an in-person consultation, we rely on the measurements you provide for simple alterations like hems, zipper repairs, and minor fixes. Non-consulted tailored items are not eligible for refunds or free re-tailoring.

Consulted Tailoring: We recommend scheduling a consultation for more detailed work on items like dresses, coats, and suits to ensure a perfect fit. Refunds for items tailored after a consultation may be available, processed on a case-by-case basis. In-person consultations can be arranged after your order is accepted.

Custom Tailored Garment Sales: All custom-tailored garments from our atelier workshop are final. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Pricing: Pricing varies based on the time and materials required for each alteration. Items that take longer to fix will incur higher labor costs. If new materials like thread, zippers, or buttons are needed, these costs will be added to the final price. We aim to provide transparent and fair pricing for all services.

Expedited Service Fee: If you require an alteration to be completed faster (1-3 days) than our standard turnaround time, an expedited service fee will apply. The fee will depend on the complexity of the work and the requested time frame.

Deposits: A deposit is required for large-ticket items to secure your order.

Delivery Services: Delivery is available for an additional fee.

Replacement Policy: As a small business, we currently cannot offer replacements for items.
